Returns

We accept returns for bedding products within 365 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

We have the right to accept or reject any product returned as per the condition given below. Please be aware that our returns service does not extend outside of the USA

  •  The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging which must include tags, inserts and non torn self fabric bags
  •  Do not cut the wash care label which will be with the product
  •  We cannot give you a refund if there is a sign of any odour
  •  Final sale promotions are not refundable nor can they be transferred to another order

                 Oneparklinens does not store items mistakenly sent to us through our return process. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Oneparklinens, please contact Customer Service at care@oneparklinens.com. as soon as possible. Oneparklinens cannot guarantee your item will be found or returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to us.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return is been completed. Once your return has been received and weighed by the carrier, please allow up to 14 business days for it to be processed. Once you receive a refund notification, the refund will show on your credit card within 48 hours. 

If we do not receive the returned order, we cannot process a refund unless you can provide proof of shipment and receipt using the tracking numbers on the label. In cases where we have not received a returned order, and if the tracking information does not show the item as sent or delivered, we will request that you file a claim with the carrier for a lost package before we can process a refund.
